  • Do you treat your pumpkins?

    Yes! Unlike other pumpkin companies, we sanitize every pumpkin and rub them with coconut oil to extend their life and keep your display looking fresh. This step helps prevent premature rot and makes your pumpkins shine.

  • When are set-up and delivery dates?

    Our delivery window runs

    September 29th through November 20th.

  • Can I choose my exact date?

    Book early. We service a limited number of homes per day, and dates are first-come, first-served. We will always do our best to accommodate your requested date.

  • Do you set up the display or just drop it off?

    You can choose either:

    Delivery Only (Drop-Off) – For DIY decorators.

    Delivery + Design Service – We’ll stage, stack, and style everything so your porch is Instagram-ready when we leave.

  • Do you provide photography or staging for events?

    We don’t provide professional photography, but our installs are designed to be photo-ready for family pictures, gatherings, or seasonal content creation.

  • What if I want design services?

    If your package includes professional design, or if you add it on, we’ll need photos of your space at least 4 weeks before your installation date. This helps us plan the perfect design for your porch or indoor space

  • Do I need to be home for delivery?

    Nope! As long as you’ve given us a clear delivery location and any special instructions, we’ll set up your pumpkins while you’re out and about. If you happen to be home, feel free to say hello — or just wave from the window while we work our pumpkin magic!

  • Can I request specific colors or styles?

    Absolutely! You’ll be able to select your preferred color scheme during checkout, and you can also add notes with any special requests. We’ll do everything we can to honor your preferences — and if a particular variety isn’t available, we’ll provide a beautiful, seasonal substitution that matches your style.

  • What is your Refund Policy?

    We are unable to replace rotting pumpkins. All sales are final.

  • Do you have a delivery zone?

  • Can I make changes to my order after booking?

    Yes! You can make changes to your package selection, delivery date, or special requests up to 3 days before your scheduled delivery. Just contact us as soon as possible to discuss modifications.

  • How do I make my pumpkin display last longer?

    Pumpkins are perishable. We recommend keeping your display in shaded areas, away from sprinklers, and elevated off soil or lawns to reduce moisture. A quick spray of water on warm days helps them stay fresh.

  • How long do the pumpkins last once delivered?

    With proper care, your pumpkins should look beautiful for 4-6 weeks!

  • Do you only set up pumpkins on porches?

    At Oh My Gourd, we can style your pumpkins wherever you’d like — on your porch, in the front yard, by the mailbox, around the garage, in the backyard, or even inside your home.

    We also offer custom pumpkin displays for both residential and commercial properties. From storefronts and office entrances to cozy indoor spaces, we’ll create a display that feels festive, welcoming, and uniquely yours.

  • Can you decorate for a party?

    We’d love to! Our pumpkins make the perfect backdrop for seasonal parties, gatherings, and special events — indoors or outdoors. Just send us an email with your event details, and we’ll work with you to create a custom pumpkin display that fits your space and theme.
